In an effort to save you time, we’d love to share some answers to top questions that GMs and BDC managers ask us:

Can I change my colors in the future?

Absolutely! We often correlate the balloon colors with the seasons or holidays throughout the year, or with your showroom display if that is what you prefer. Or you can keep the same colors and we will replace them with fresh balloons on a cycle to keep them looking clean fresh and new. For specific color preferences, we ask that you contact us to let us know the colors you would like. You can have any quantity of the 25+ colors or styles we offer. This is included in your service pricing up to 6 times a year. Additional color changes may have a small extra fee associated.

Can I customize my flags?

Yes, you can choose from our stock designs our we can customize your flags with any artwork at no additional charge! Our team of designers will listen to your art requests and show you proofs to make sure you have the perfect message and design. If you aren’t certain what you would like, we can show you several custom options to choose from or modify.

What do you do about potential vandalism?

We routinely inspect your balloons and replace or repair any that may have been affected by vandalism…Even if they are missing entirely at no additional cost to the base service pricing agreed upon. If vandalism is prevalent, we recommend our Light Pole Kits which have great visibility and action in the wind and are out of the reach of vandals.

How do you install the displays? Is it invasive to my dealership?

We use a strong proprietary magnetic system to hang your display from the ceiling so there is absolutely no damage to your property and can easily be removed. No ceiling is too tall for a display.
